Project Manager

SEL is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional projects, manage project plans, and track key metrics. This role involves identifying and mitigating risks, mentoring others, and contributing to process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate activities across multiple divisions to meet project objectives
• Establish project plans, execute, and coordinate multiple projects
• Create, maintain, and monitor project metrics, files, and reports
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
• Mentor others and potentially supervise interns
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
