Senior Technical Program Manager, Lattice

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic, cross-functional programs for their Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system for defense technology. You will own end-to-end program execution, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure timely integration outcomes. This role requires technical depth and organizational leadership to translate complex integration efforts into actionable plans.

• Define and execute roadmap for Lattice APIs, SDKs, and data standards
• Manage cross-team projects and external partners
• Collaborate with product leads on capabilities and integration milestones
• Champion compatibility standards for Lattice integration
• Track and communicate program progress, managing issues and obstacles
• Understand technical implementation at an architectural level
