Project Manager

Abbott is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a liaison between project owners, teams, and management, ensuring clear communication of project achievements and issues. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to support senior management decision-making for the product portfolio and division strategy. The Project Manager will also potentially act as a Project Owner, driving scope, budget, and quality tradeoffs to optimize portfolio value.

• Implement, monitor, and improve business processes for Project Management and Integrated Business Planning
• Manage product-related projects by coordinating R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial
• Act as a point of contact for Integrated Business Planning process reporting and updates
• Facilitate projects through the management process, resolve team conflicts, and ensure data integrity
• Provide business updates on project status, resource needs, risks, and decisions to senior management
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product development, project management, or business process implementation
