About this role
As the founding Technical Program Manager for a new AI & Data platform team, you will shape the charter, operating model, and delivery cadence from the ground up. You will manage large, cross-cutting software development programs, define goals and critical paths, and build strong stakeholder relationships. This role is ideal for someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving innovation in a 0-to-1 environment, with a focus on leveraging AI-augmented program management practices.
What we are looking for
6- Founding TPM for a new platform team, establishing structure and governance
- End-to-end management of large, cross-cutting software/platform development programs
- Define program goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and dependencies
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations
- Establish resource capacity allocation and drive efficient engineering utilization
- Champion and implement AI-augmented program management practices
