• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project activities, including task assignment and problem resolution
• Assess scope of work, schedule, and resources for successful project delivery
• Prepare and negotiate project estimates and change orders
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and prepare costing reports
