Group Product Manager

Brex is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a core product area within their intelligent finance platform. You will set the multi-quarter vision, make prioritization decisions, and ensure your team delivers impactful outcomes. This role involves leading and developing a team of Product Managers, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools for product discovery and development.

• Define and own multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM leaders
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing or internal products
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analysis, experimentation, and execution
• Establish strong planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks
