Sr. Product Analyst

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead data transformation and technology modernization initiatives for the Trading organization. You will be responsible for maximizing product value by managing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives. This role is key in bridging business needs with the Scrum Team to deliver impactful products that improve operational efficiency and advisor experiences.

• Manage and prioritize product backlog for data transformation and modernization
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• Translate product strategy into actionable requirements and user stories
• Serve as liaison between Scrum Teams and business stakeholders
• Experience in Capital Markets or Trading domains
• 3+ years as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
