Group Product Manager, Growth

Engine is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead growth initiatives for their business travel and spend management platform. You will own the full growth product surface, driving discovery, adoption, and expansion through PLG strategies, communication platforms, and experimentation. This role involves leading a team of PMs and collaborating with cross-functional partners to scale the product as the primary engine of company growth.

• Own PLG strategy and execution across the full funnel
• Manage and evolve the product communications platform
• Establish and scale disciplined test-and-learn experimentation
• Develop horizontal growth surfaces and targeting models
• Lead team of PMs, aligning with design, engineering, data, and GTM
• Drive product-led growth for acquisition, activation, and expansion
