(P2) Project Manager

Zenoti is seeking a Project Manager to join their Professional Services team in Manchester, England. This role will lead customer engagements and projects to drive adoption of Zenoti's software solutions. You will ensure projects are well-defined, planned, and executed efficiently, collaborating with internal teams and managing customer expectations.

• Lead customer engagements and projects for Zenoti system features
• Ensure efficient project planning, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants
• Manage project scope, schedules, and status reporting
• Address customer issues and concerns promptly
• Drive best practices across the Professional Services team
