As a Principal Technical Program Manager in FinOps, you will drive strategic cloud investments and financial planning across Walmart's technology organization. You will lead initiatives to enhance cost transparency, scale governance, and optimize cloud spending by connecting costs to business value. This role empowers engineering teams and fosters cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient technology investments and program execution.

• Lead FinOps governance, financial planning, and portfolio prioritization
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, finance, and technology
• Develop and scale FinOps processes including forecasting and cost optimization
• Partner with data teams to develop scorecards and actionable insights
• Manage key stakeholders and establish effective operating cadences
• Communicate portfolio performance, risks, and investment opportunities
