Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will lead and oversee strategic business unit programs, ensuring successful completion of objectives. You will manage multi-disciplinary engineering support, coordinate staff, and develop new business strategies. This role involves direct support for base maintenance and driving customer satisfaction through high-quality performance.

• Manage programs to meet contractual obligations, cost, quality, and schedule
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for government personnel and Amentum management
• Oversee contract administrative functions including safety, security, and labor reporting
• Manage monetary resources to keep contracts within budget
• Procure necessary staffing to achieve milestones and deliverables
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality performance
