Product Manager / Buyer

Salvos Stores is seeking an experienced Product Manager/Buyer to lead the national performance and development of their New Product category. This full-time, 14-month fixed-term role involves combining product strategy, buying, commercial analysis, and supplier management to build a compelling product range that maximizes revenue for The Salvation Army's mission.

• Develop national product roadmap aligned to customer needs and commercial objectives
• Lead annual buying plan, seasonal budgets, forecasting, and category performance
• Identify emerging trends and new product opportunities
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality and margins
• Manage product ranging, inventory, and exit strategies
• Utilize sales, margin, and customer insights for product decisions
