Facility Project Manager

Manage facility construction projects for GXP and non-GMP facilities, coordinating with external design firms, contractors, and internal teams. This role involves overseeing projects from $50K to $30M, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring deliverables meet user specifications.

• Manage facility outside services, engineering, and construction projects
• Oversee projects ranging from $0.05MM to $30MM
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Bid, award, and select engineering firms, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure user requirement specifications are met
• Manage site-wide controlled drawings and security programs
