Junior Business Analyst – Private Markets Platform

LGT Capital Partners is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join their Private Markets Platform team. This role focuses on driving large-scale transformations, improving processes, and designing scalable solutions to support clients and investment teams. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, conduct testing, and support project management activities.

• Design, re-engineer, and document key business processes
• Conduct requirement analysis and gap assessments
• Write test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support project management activities including workshops and status reporting
• Define and present conceptual approaches and target operating models
• Collaborate with IT counterparts to bridge business and technology
