About this role
As a Program Manager in GE Vernova's Grid Software business, you will be the primary delivery contact for utility customers, ensuring dependable software is implemented in critical control rooms. You will translate customer commitments into clear plans and measurable results, managing projects from inception through acceptance and handover. This role requires close collaboration with diverse internal teams and partners to achieve successful customer outcomes.

- Serve as the main delivery contact for customers, managing expectations and outcomes
- Define project scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and manage change control
- Build and maintain integrated schedules, identify variances, and guide recovery actions
- Manage project costs, margins, forecasts, cash flow, and billing readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure commitments are met
- Apply Lean, Agile, or traditional project management methodologies
