Project Engineer (Hydronics)

MPSW is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer for their Hydronics Department in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves learning all aspects of MPSW products and systems to estimate and manage projects, including coordinating submittals, equipment selection, ordering, pricing, and ship dates. The position requires strong organizational and customer service skills, with frequent communication with sales teams, customers, and manufacturers.

• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, ordering, pricing, and ship dates
• Manage multiple projects from product selection to completion
• Communicate with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Interpret building plans and specifications
• Develop and grow relationships with customers and manufacturers
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required
