Lead, Technical Program Management

Entegris is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive new product delivery for their Micro-Environments Business Unit. This role involves managing new product development and strategic programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget launches by collaborating with global teams. You will also coach and mentor engineers as project leaders.

• Manage NPD portfolio with key partners
• Develop and support metrics-based reporting
• Provide program structure for managing multiple projects
• Lead stakeholder updates and drive program progress
• Provide leadership on technical topics, decision making, and risk mitigation
• Launch new products via the Stage-Gate Process
