Join Aussie Broadband's Enterprise Delivery & PMO team as a Project Analyst in Melbourne. You will support project governance, financial management, and reporting for strategic projects, working with Project Managers and stakeholders. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to enhance delivery practices using tools like Jira and Microsoft Copilot.
What we are looking for
6- Support and optimize Jira and Confluence
- Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare project and portfolio reports and governance papers
- Analyse project performance and financial data
- Support Project Managers with planning and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in PMO practices and AI tool adoption
