Technical Program Manager - PDK

Intel is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and release of Process Design Kits (PDKs). This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, managing complex programs from requirements to release, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in semiconductor technology and extensive program management experience.

• Lead cross-organizational teams for PDK development and release
• Drive program execution through all project lifecycle phases
• Coordinate activities among multiple teams and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and obstacles
• Define project scope, resources, dependencies, and milestones
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology and PDK architecture
