Project Manager

Fox Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee capital projects on their studio campus, including new construction, remodels, and infrastructure upgrades. You will manage projects from concept to closeout, acting as the owner's representative and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects from small remodels to new construction
• Lead projects through all phases: programming, design, permitting, construction, and closeout
• Serve as the Owner's representative and primary point of contact
• Collaborate with Facilities & Plant Operations to minimize disruptions
• Develop and maintain project budgets and monitor costs
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
