Program Manager

Copeland is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful projects for our Cold Chain business. You will be responsible for hands-on coordination, risk management, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through launch. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute strong execution fundamentals while developing broader program leadership capabilities.

• Manage assigned projects and initiatives within the Cold Chain business
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Operations
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans (scope, schedule, cost, resources)
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure operational readiness for product launches and implementations
• Improve program execution through clear communication and lessons learned
