Lead AI Technical Product Manager

Humana is seeking a Lead AI Technical Product Manager to drive the design, prototyping, and scaling of AI solutions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered products that solve business challenges, from initial concept to production delivery, ensuring compliance with AI governance frameworks.

• Define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate business problems into AI use cases and prototypes
• Write clear requirements and user stories for engineering and data science teams

• Define and measure AI solution quality and performance
