About this role
NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary programs for AI Enterprise Workstation Solutions. You will collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to drive system integration, qualification, and production readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
What we are looking for
6- Drive planning and execution of system integration and qualification programs for AI Enterprise Workstation Solutions
- Support external OEM System Partners from early development through production readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations, quality, product management, sales)
- Collect, prioritize, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution
- Communicate issue status to customers and NVIDIA executives
- Lead complex technical engineering discussions and represent issue urgency
