Principal Product Manager, Platform Engineering

Zillow is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the product strategy for their Platform Engineering team. This role will define the "golden paths" for engineers, drive adoption of platform capabilities, and establish metrics for success. You will partner with engineering leadership to shape the future of Zillow's internal developer experience, including support for AI agents.

• Own platform strategy across Platform Engineering's portfolio
• Define golden paths for engineers building at Zillow
• Drive adoption and migration outcomes across teams
• Define how applications and AI agents consume platform capabilities
• Establish platform success metrics and value model
• Deepen product operating model across six engineering teams
