Product Management - Advisor

Fiserv is seeking a Product Management Advisor to join their Loyalty product team in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. This role focuses on managing and growing the Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP) by enhancing client communication, support, and driving strategic product development initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.

• Manage client communications and support for the Premier Loyalty Platform
• Lead new business development and RFP/RFI processes
• Drive strategic product development projects from definition to release
• Document processes and manage user access for the loyalty team
• Requires 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
• Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday
