Program Manager (Product, Technology)

As a Program Manager within Rakuten TV's Product organization, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of our technology and product initiatives. You will own the planning, tracking, and reporting processes, providing critical visibility to leadership and acting as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Product Officer. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape our annual strategy and grow your influence as you demonstrate results.

• Own roadmap visibility, delivery tracking, and risk assessment
• Improve execution pace and quality through process optimization
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to enhance delivery predictability
• Develop and maintain capacity models and track estimates against actuals
• Contribute to annual Product & Technology strategy and planning
• Manage RFP processes for large opportunities
