Technical Program Manager Co-Op

As a Technical Program Manager Co-Op, you will support experienced leaders in delivering complex robotics products from concept to release. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, tracking, and executing integrated schedules, collaborating with diverse engineering teams, and contributing to process improvements. This role is ideal for a curious and organized student eager to understand the big picture of technical systems and build cross-functional alignment.

• Support TPMs in building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Track progress across engineering teams and flag schedule risks
• Prepare status updates and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Assist in identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and facilitating program meetings
• Maintain program documentation and dashboards using tools like Google Workspace and Jira
• Pursuing a BS or higher in Engineering or a technical field
