This role involves partnering with various leaders to enhance customer experiences, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure strong credit quality and regulatory compliance.

What we are looking for

Lead strategic direction, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for business banking commercial real estate lending products
Develop and enhance products and features for credit and financing needs of Business Banking customers
Optimize customer experiences across account origination, servicing, and management
Execute acquisition and growth strategies, including sales team engagement and digital channel enhancements
Build business cases and financial analyses for product investments and modernization
Partner with Technology teams to establish and execute system roadmaps, including modernization
