Associate Director, Product Management

Gilead Sciences is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and evolution of their global Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability for commercial content. This role involves defining the product roadmap, ensuring content governance, discoverability, and reusability, and advancing DAM to enable AI-assisted content creation and automated workflows. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team of content librarians.

• Lead enterprise DAM strategy, vision, and roadmap for commercial content
• Serve as the business product owner for DAM, translating needs into capabilities
