CardFlight is seeking a Product Manager to join their remote US-based team. This role involves translating customer needs and business goals into product requirements, driving the development of products that acquire and retain merchants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the problem space, operate with self-sufficiency, and possess technical and business depth to guide product development.

What we are looking for

Conduct merchant interviews and synthesize data to understand customer needs
Prioritize product features based on revenue growth potential
Maintain and execute product roadmap, balancing new features and technical debt
Translate customer and business needs into clear product specifications
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and partner teams
2-8 years of product management experience shipping in-house software
