Technical Business Analyst

Join a globally distributed team managing a critical product in the Payments domain. You will shape and evolve the Amadeus Payment Platform, processing millions of payments daily. This role combines product management and solutioning expertise to drive innovation, translate strategy into actionable plans, and lead initiatives.

• Establish standards for product definition, specifications, and solution design
• Analyze complex business problems and translate needs into product concepts and enhancements
• Design solutions for complex problems and support cross-area solution design
• Support Pre-Sales activities and participate in Business Requirement Matrix assessments
• Coach, mentor, and train Product Definition Analysts, QA Engineers, and Software Development Engineers
• Serve as a key liaison between engineering, architecture, product, QA, and customers
