Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Moog, you will provide centralized expertise and governance to support the execution of group enablement strategies. You will oversee programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering expected business value. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.

• Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, and schedules
• Provide centralized governance across programs
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues
• Partner with executive sponsors and business stakeholders
• Integrate and oversee change management activities
• Forecast, track, and report program financial performance
