As a Project Manager at PBK, you will lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality construction documents and client satisfaction. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, and teams, providing technical guidance and fostering positive client relationships throughout all project phases.
What we are looking for
6- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from Pre-Design through Construction Administration
- Manage Project Architect and project team to ensure quality construction documents
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Direct and mentor junior staff
- Maintain positive client relationships and provide regular progress updates
- Lead construction administration meetings with contractors and owners
