Lead Product Manager

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive IT infrastructure product initiatives, focusing on Google Cloud and Azure capabilities. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle, translating complex technical needs into scalable solutions and partnering with various engineering and security teams to ensure cloud infrastructure is reliable, secure, and cost-effective.

• Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud infrastructure
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to retirement
• Translate technical needs into product capabilities and user stories
• Prioritize initiatives for cloud modernization and technical debt reduction
• Lead cloud onboarding and migration processes for Google Cloud and Azure
• Partner with engineering and operations for infrastructure modernization
