This is a developmental role supporting client-facing projects for a public sector client. You will handle technical and coordination tasks like application monitoring, documentation, and issue tracking. The role involves training on managed applications and delivery processes, with opportunities for growth in delivery responsibilities.

• Support client-facing projects and services
• Handle technical and coordination fundamentals of delivery
• Monitor applications, track issues, and document systems
• Assist in planning application builds and deployments
• Prepare for and support project and client meetings
• Develop understanding of managed applications and client environment
