AI Product Management Advisor

Fiserv is seeking an AI Product Management Advisor to define and execute the AI and data strategy for their Card Services and Issuer business. This role involves identifying opportunities to apply AI and machine learning, translating business challenges into product solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative capabilities to market.

• Define and evolve AI and data strategy for Card Services and Issuer business
• Evaluate market trends and client needs for AI-driven opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into AI-enabled product roadmaps
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and governance for AI solutions
• Lead cross-functional efforts for AI-powered capabilities from concept to delivery
• Analyze product performance and model effectiveness for continuous improvement
