Director, Product - Data Infrastructure (US)

Lead the development of core data infrastructure and AI orchestration for "The Machine," an agentic operating system for marketing. This role involves shaping data ingestion, harmonization, and query layers, and defining the foundations for future intelligence features. The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI systems, data infrastructure, and product management.

• Lead roadmap for core services, data ingestion, and query/context layers
• Improve data pipelines, harmonization, and shared context layer speed and reliability
• Translate problems into feature sets, prototypes, and launch plans
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and UX on feature prioritization and experiments
• Prototype ingestion patterns, query interfaces, and data-interactive tooling
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and evaluate performance
