Product Support Analyst

Support the growth of BBH's Alternative Fund Services business by contributing to the ADX investment program. This role involves analyzing service gaps, documenting requirements, supporting testing, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and improve workflows. You will collaborate with global teams to advance BBH's data strategy and enhance digital servicing capabilities.

• Support execution of the ADX investment program roadmap
• Provide production support for a growing user community
• Gather business requirements and document processes
• Assist with acceptance testing and deployment activities
• Support onboarding and adoption of new capabilities
• Identify and address product and service gaps
