Senior Engineering Program Manager -GenAI

Adobe is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered features. This hands-on role involves defining roadmaps, collaborating with engineers on system architecture, and driving feature adoption from concept through scale. You will manage cross-functional execution, communicate progress to executives, and define success metrics.

• Own GenAI feature roadmap from concept to launch
• Lead architecture and delivery of agentic/RAG systems
• Drive feature adoption from beta to default usage
• Facilitate prioritization and resolve trade-offs across teams
• Partner with engineers on technical execution and MLOps
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
