Product Manager - Claims & Payments

Maven Clinic is seeking a Product Manager to own the Claims & Payments product surface, ensuring accurate and timely payments for members, providers, and employers. This role involves partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to define requirements, ship improvements, and monitor data for a critical part of Maven's healthcare platform.

• Own Claims & Payments product surface including adjudication logic and reconciliation
• Partner with engineering and operations to define requirements and ship improvements
• Instrument and monitor claims and payments data to identify errors
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to translate business needs into product solutions
• Support migration away from Alegeus and learn payments infrastructure end-to-end
• 2-5+ years of product, operations, or analytical experience in healthcare or fintech
