Sr. Manager, Esports Product Management (TFT)

Manage the product vision and strategy for Teamfight Tactics esports, building and refining global esports ecosystems. You will collaborate with game leadership, regional teams, and external partners to enhance player experiences and drive growth for the game's competitive scene. This role involves P&L management and people leadership.

• Define esports outcomes and player experience vision for games, focusing on Teamfight Tactics
• Own holistic player experience across live events, broadcast, marketing, and partnerships
• Evaluate and refine existing esports programs like the TFT Open & Pro Circuit
• Manage P&L and health metrics for esports ecosystems, including viewership and engagement
• Serve as a member of Game Leadership Teams, contributing to overall game strategy
• Manage a team and collaborate with international and regional stakeholders
