Sr Product Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation for their Instant Cash Offer (ICO) product. This role involves discovering, developing, and evaluating new product ideas, translating market needs into AI-enabled solutions, and owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AI tools to accelerate product development and ensure successful implementation.

• Discover, develop, and evaluate new product ideas for the Instant Cash Offer (ICO) product
• Translate market and consumer requirements into AI-enabled product solutions
• Own end-to-end product work from discovery through delivery and measurement
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Utilize AI-native tools for research, prototyping, and spec authoring
• Manage backlog creation, refinement, and agile delivery
