About this role

Entegris is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of a portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within our Formulated Solutions business unit. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, improve processes, and ensure successful commercialization of new products. This role offers the opportunity to influence key stakeholders and advance project management best practices to support business growth.

What we are looking for

Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs from concept to commercialization
Partner with business and functional leaders to align priorities and resources
Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance for increased efficiency
Serve as a TPM Subject Matter Expert, establishing best practices and coaching teams
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience leading technical programs in semiconductor fabrication consumables or related industries
