Project Analyst

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support our Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group. You will collaborate with program managers, technical teams, government customers, and subcontractors to ensure project success by tracking schedules, managing risks, and preparing status reports. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, simultaneous efforts as an individual contributor within a dynamic, employee-owned company.

• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks
• Coordinate with technical teams, government customers, and subcontractors
• Prepare project updates, reports, and customer deliverables
• Support supplier engagements and onsite visits (up to 25% travel)
• Assist with Statements of Work and procurement-related activities
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of project coordination or related experience

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
