About this role
CLEAResult is seeking an IT Product Manager to own the technology platform for our energy efficiency programs, focusing on field services technology. You will define and deliver solutions for scheduling, routing, work order management, and contractor field tools, working closely with operations, QA, and field teams. This role offers the opportunity to learn quickly, translate user needs into product requirements, and drive the development and launch of innovative solutions.

- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for field services technology
- Conduct discovery with operations, QA, and field teams to define requirements
- Create product requirements documents and prototypes for development
- Partner with engineering, design, and IT to deliver enterprise solutions
- Define and track success metrics, iterating based on data and feedback
- Launch new products with marketing and growth teams
