PATH seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to advise managers, employees, and teams within its Product Development division. This role supports a global, multi-country, donor-funded environment, aligning people strategies with organizational goals and driving performance, talent management, and organizational design. The position is ideal for an experienced HRBP who enjoys influencing leadership and building scalable people practices in an international setting.

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability development
• Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen effectiveness and accountability
• Guide leaders on performance management, quality feedback, and continuous development
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters across a multi-country scope
• Collaborate with HR teams to deliver high-quality, business-relevant people solutions
