About this role

Caterpillar is seeking a highly technical Staff Product Manager to define and drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of next-generation connectivity platforms for machines, job sites, and digital services. This role requires deep technical expertise in networking, connectivity infrastructure, and cloud platforms, coupled with strong program leadership and executive communication skills.

Define and evolve the Connectivity platform roadmap
Evaluate emerging technologies and connectivity architectures
Partner with architecture and engineering leaders on future-state capabilities
Define product requirements for connectivity-related data pipelines
Serve as the connective layer between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with connectivity providers and vendors
