About this role

Lead product strategy and execution for AI agent creation, governance, and platform administration within agentOS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities for regulated financial services, enabling financial institutions to safely manage AI agents.

What we are looking for

Define product strategy, roadmap, and success measures for AI agent lifecycle management
Translate governance and control requirements into product workflows
Lead product discovery, workflow design, and user journeys
Partner with Engineering and Architecture on secure, scalable, cloud-native capabilities
Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams
Guide and develop product managers and cross-functional contributors
