Onboarding Program Manager | Remote, USA

Manage client engagements from start to finish, focusing on information security initiatives. You will be responsible for program health, client relationships, and driving successful outcomes. This role involves managing teams, schedules, budgets, and risks, while also identifying new business opportunities.

• Drive program and engagement progress across multiple client engagements
• Develop strategic program management delivery plans, schedules, and budgets
• Partner with Operations teams to develop and communicate service delivery strategies
• Accountable for driving timelines, managing risks, and resolving issues
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Program Management best practices
• Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
