About this role
Lead and develop a team of site supervisors within GE Vernova's Nordic Hydro Services organization. You will manage resource planning, ensure project demands are met with high standards of safety and quality, and act as a liaison between field teams and regional leadership.

- Manage weekly resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Liaise between field teams and regional leadership
- Collaborate with services personnel for continuous improvement
- Oversee Project Management Site Installation (PMSI) responsibilities
- Experience with rotating equipment and electrical rotating machines
